Return and exchange policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To cancel an order that has already been fulfilled, customers can click on the link below. The link will direct them to the appropriate section where they can initiate the cancellation process Visit My Account.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once approved, we will provide a replacement product within 5–7 working days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
